We manage our projects according to the RIBA Plan Of Work 2013 and customise it accordingly. For clarity, the stages listed below are a condensed version.
1. Brief + Feasibility Studies
After engaging us, we work with you to develop an initial project brief. We fully discuss project objectives, aspirations and project budget, as well as other parameters and constraints. We undertake relevant surveys and tests and will advise you of what is involved to realise your ideas.
3. Developed Design + Planning
Once we have an approved concept and the final project brief is agreed, the next stage is to develop a more detailed design and produce scaled plans and drawings. Everything you need for any necessary planning applications and building control is developed at this stage.
5. Construction + Project Management
Working as your main contractor or as your representative, we ensure that your project is kept on track and delivered successfully.
2. Concept Design
We prepare initial design concepts including outline proposals for structural design, building services systems, outline specifications and outline cost information.
4. Detailing + Tender
The final details of your plans are completed at this point in order to create a comprehensive Tender Package to allow for submission of accurate construction and fit-out costs.
6. Completion + Handover
On handover, we will ensure that all manuals are delivered to you and provide you with instruction and training on the use of new systems.
