This is a detailed process so we get to know you really, really well.

After we have spoken, we will ask that you provide more detail about your project by booking either an online, at home or at place of business consultation. You can find further information here.
During your booking, you’ll complete an initial brief questionnaire which details your requirements and hopes for your home or business.
After your consultation, we’ll send a clear breakdown of the project, a quotation for the design phase, and a timeline for deliverables.
When you’re ready to get started, we’ll send a contract and a deposit invoice.

This is where your vision starts becoming reality.
Our team visit you on site so we can carry out a detailed assessment of the current building, the space, and the grounds.
We’ll arrange the surveys and tests for the site, and all this information further informs the brief.
The concept and technical design stages begin, and you’ll receive plans to approve in each. We’ll help you with your Planning and Building Control applications as well.
You will always be given the chance to make amends to the plans before they are finalised. We’re only happy when you’re happy.

This is where things get (a little) messy, and beautiful.
You’ll meet your project manager and construction team and may prepare to move out of your home or place of business.
We work with you, on your terms. Some clients want to be very involved; others want to simply move in when their project is complete.
We source quality materials with the lowest possible environmental impact, the onsite work begins, and your spaces start to change.
When work begins on site, your interior designer will continue to work with you to finalise your furniture, fixtures, equipment (FF&E), finishes, bespoke pieces and accessories.

This is where you live in your dream home or move into your revitalised office spaces.
We communicate with you consistently, and we act in your best interests with suppliers, and subcontractors.
During the second fix, the decorating team start to transform your space with the aesthetic choices you made with your interior designer.
We sign off on your home or business property and ensure that everything has been finished to the highest possible standard.
At the end of the project we conduct a detailed walk-through with you, ensuring you are happy with every single aspect.
